Transducer-Ultrasonic Welding
Why Choose Dhruv’s Ultrasonics?
At Dhruv’s Ultrasonics, we understand that the transducer is the engine of your ultrasonic system. If the transducer fails, production stops. That is why our converters are built using premium imported piezoelectric ceramics (PZT-8) and high-strength titanium or aviation aluminum alloys.
Whether you are fusing thermoplastics, splicing copper wires, or sealing synthetic fabrics, our transducers deliver:
High Electromechanical Conversion Efficiency: >98% energy transfer.
Low Heat Generation: Optimized for both intermittent and continuous duty cycles.
Stable Output: Consistent amplitude even under load changes.
1. Ultrasonic Plastic Welding Transducers
Designed for maximum longitudinal amplitude, our plastic welding transducers provide the aggressive vertical vibration needed to melt and fuse thermoplastics instantly. Perfect for automotive parts, consumer electronics, and packaging.
Technical Highlights:
Vibration Mode: Longitudinal (Vertical).
Applications: Plastic shell welding, riveting, spot welding.
Available Frequencies: 15kHz, 20kHz, 30kHz, 35kHz, 40kHz.
Power: 1200W – 4200W.
Feature: High amplitude output for fast weld times (0.1s – 2s).
2. Ultrasonic Wire Splicing Transducers
Engineered for the automotive and electronics harness industry. These transducers utilize Lateral (Shear) Vibration to bond copper and aluminum wires without melting the metal, ensuring high conductivity and zero resistance.
Technical Highlights:
Vibration Mode: Lateral / Shear.
Applications: Wire harness splicing, cable termination, high-voltage EV cables.
Frequencies: 20kHz, 40kHz.
Feature: High structural rigidity to withstand heavy clamping pressure during the splice.
3. Ultrasonic Metal Welding Transducers (Battery,Thimble, Terminal)
The preferred choice for the Lithium-Ion battery industry. Lingke’s metal welding transducers are built to handle the intense energy required to bond conductive foils (Al/Cu) and battery tabs.
Description: A heavy-duty transducer assembly.
Technical Highlights:
Vibration Mode: Lateral / Shear.
Applications: Li-ion battery tabs, Solar panels, Foil welding, Terminal bonding.
Materials: Uses High-Grade PZT-8 ceramics for superior power density.
Feature: Extreme durability against wear and bending forces.
4. Ultrasonic Sewing & Lace Machine Transducers
Unlike welding which happens in bursts, sewing requires Continuous Wave operation. Lingke transducers for sewing are specially tuned to run cool over long shifts, ensuring consistent edge sealing and cutting for synthetic fabrics.
Technical Highlights:
Operation: Continuous Duty Cycle (Non-stop).
Applications: Surgical gowns, lace manufacturing, non-woven bags, ribbon cutting.
Frequencies: 28kHz, 30kHz, 35kHz, 40kHz.
Feature: Excellent thermal management to prevent overheating during long production runs.
